The ALBANY AREA YMCA is excited to announce that we have taken ownership of the Nut Roll, a beloved Southwest Georgia cycling tradition.
We are proud to present the 22nd Annual Nut Roll in partnership with the Pecan City Pedalers.
Come enjoy a fully supported day of riding beautiful back roads, complete with genuine Southwest Georgia hospitality, great food, and fun for cyclists of all levels.
Whether you're tackling the signature 100-mile route to Plains or enjoying a shorter distance, the Nut Roll delivers scenic views, low traffic, and a fantastic community atmosphere.
Routes are clearly marked, mostly flat with a few gentle rollers — perfect for maximizing your cycling experience.

No Refunds or Transfers
This is a Rain or Shine event. No refunds or transfers.
The safety of our participants and volunteers is our most important concern and if any of the threatening weather conditions are present the day of the event (tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorm, heavy rain or a hurricane decides to visit), the event may be delayed or canceled.
When weather conditions or other physical conditions present a danger to participants, such conditions fall under the label “acts of mother nature,” it will not result in refunding of any event entry fees or future event credits, since funds were already spent in preparation for your event day.
